Simplify the tax system by proposing a 1% tax on all transactions, which has been shown, in Australia at least, to produce more revenue for the Federal Government than the current model and at the same time to eliminate the need for anyone or any company or trust or any type of revenue-producing entity to have to send any statutory returns such as tax, GST/BAS, FBT, company returns and the like. In this way, the enormous waste of resources and time and energy and money that go in to the creation of these returns, the tax minimisation schemes and the understanding of the thousands of pages of the ever-changing tax act and rules are better invested in the planning the rollout of more creative pursuits, goods and services that benefit the community and the world.
